Eli Ungar founded Antheus Capital in 2002 and serves as one of its principals. From 1990 to 2002, Eli was director of acquisitions, finance and property management for a private real estate investment firm. Eli graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies. He is chairman of the board of JHF, a nursing home and assisted living not-for-profit, and past president of the Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County.
David H. Gefsky joined Antheus Capital in 2003 as one of its principals. Prior to joining Antheus, David worked in JPMorgan′s Real Estate, Lodging & Gaming Investment Banking group from 1997-2003, focusing on advisory and capital markets transactions. David graduated from Northwestern University in 1992 and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1996. David was awarded an Otzma Fellowship to work and study in Israel in 1992-1993. In 2009 David joined the Chappaqua School Foundation where he currently serves as president.
Jeffrey Keswin founded Lyrical Partners, L.P. in 2004 and serves as the firm′s managing partner. Lyrical and its affiliates invest in and manage private equity, real estate, traditional equity, and hedge funds. Prior to founding Lyrical, Jeff co-founded Greenlight Capital, Inc. and served as its co-president from inception in early 1996 until December 2002. Prior to co-founding Greenlight, Jeff worked as an associate at Siegler, Collery & Co. and as an analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Jeff graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990, earning both a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the School of Engineering.
